What is C-LORO?

A hand-drawn light bulb, open notebook, pencil, and small sparkles on a dark background

C-LORO is an independent technology and digital-products project founded by Chamidu Fernando, a student developer. It brings together useful products, software experiments, and ideas in progress.

Chamidu is interested in web and software development, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital products, UI/UX, and interactive experiences. His approach is to learn by building: take an idea, explore how it might work, and solve the problems that come up along the way.

Not every project needs to become a finished product. Experiments and learning projects matter too, offering room to explore new technology and improve through practice.

C-LORO gives these projects a shared home. It is independently built and still growing, step by step, with space to explore more ambitious ideas over time.

How Things Get Built

01

Ideation & Architecture

Every product starts with a core problem to solve. We map out the technical architecture, choose the leanest stack possible, and define the exact scope before writing a single line of code.

02

Rapid Engineering

We believe in fast iterations. Building the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) quickly allows us to interact with the system, find architectural flaws, and correct them in real-time.

03

Refinement & UI

Functionality first, aesthetics second. Once the backend engine is solid, we apply our signature minimal, dark-first UI approach. No clutter, just clear human-computer interaction.

04

Deployment & Scaling

Projects are pushed to the live environment using modern deployment pipelines. We monitor system load, optimize server response times, and scale infrastructure as user bases grow.

Core Focus

Software Engineering

Full-stack web application development utilizing modern frameworks. We build custom APIs, relational databases, and scalable backend services.

AI Integration

Embedding intelligent, strategic AI capabilities into everyday tools. We utilize large language models to automate tasks and assist users without relying on gimmicks.

Digital Infrastructure

Architecting robust, cloud-native environments. From DNS routing to content delivery networks (CDN) and secure database management.

UI / UX Design

Designing pure, minimal interfaces that prioritize speed and usability over flashy distractions. Less noise, more clarity.

The Lab

Not every piece of code needs to be presented as a major commercial product. The Lab is our testing ground—a dedicated space for smaller experiments, micro-tools, web-based games, and technical prototypes.

We build these smaller entities specifically to learn, break things, test new ideas, and explore emerging technologies without boundaries or commercial pressure.

Build. Experiment. Learn. Improve.

We strongly believe in authenticity. We don't inflate our user numbers, we don't invent fake corporate clients, and we refuse to use hollow startup buzzwords like "disruptive synergies".

We are simply fascinated by technology. We are driven by the raw desire to turn abstract concepts into real, highly functional digital experiences.
